Modular Living Wall Installation
This modular backing allows for 4", 6", and 8" growpot trays. This installation will use five trays for 4" growpots.
Drain tubes allow water to flow from the upper trays down so water only needs to be added to the top.
Once all the trays and drain tubes are installed, the optional side coverings are added. These can be painted to match any wall color.
Add the tropical foliage of your choice! Choose plants adapted to your natural lighting or you can install additional lighting for greater variety.
This photo was taken one year after installation. In this fairly bright room the water reservoir only needs to be filled once every four weeks!
